We understand that your trust in us is paramount. We've designed this service to be as transparent and as trustworthy as possible.

We will never spam you or sell your personal information.

Authenticating

We don't require you to provide any personal details (username / email / password) to authenticate with Espra Trustmap. Instead, we support a range of popular, established services (like Facebook or Twitter) and ask you authenticate with one or more of them.

Whilst in order to authenticate you with these services we sometimes have to request read-only access to your data on those services, we do not access any data that is not listed below.

Personal Information

We explicitly do collect, store and display personal information about people who use the service and people who are referred to by users of the service. However, we don't collect or store any personal information that we do not make fully and publicly available and this information is a very limited set of freely available data from the following sources:

Spam

We don't ask for, let along store, spam, share or sell your email address.

Data Protection

We use Google App Engine, Google Analytics and, potentially from time to time, may use other analytics software (like Crazy Egg) to try to make Espra Trustmap easier to use. We may use the information these services store, including your IP Address, referring URL, access times and browser type to help diagnose problems with our servers and track movement within our website and, if necessary, deny service.
